This corner site in an historical building was converted to a Vietnamese pho cafe and bar. We opened up the corner of the building with sliding windows onto the street for take-out orders and carried through the red lacquered bar front to the outside. Inside we left a raw concrete floor exposed the ceiling. Oversized paper lantern pendant lights and a row of vintage hand-painted posters from Vietnam were incorporated with a two-tone blue and grey wall finish together with custom-made tables and cafe chairs.
